MyHome Redemption Campaign – T&C
- Open to visitors aged 21 and above. Organizer staff, exhibitors, agencies, suppliers, contractors, sponsors, and immediate family members are not eligible.
- Limited to one (1) redemption per MySapu account per event day.
- Redemption is based on the actual amount paid on the transaction date (deposit or first payment only).
- One receipt is valid for one redemption only and cannot be split.
- For Redemption, only transactions via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or e-wallet are eligible with original receipts present.
- For instalment or financing plans, redemption is based on the first instalment or deposit amount only.
- Tier 6 redemption requires at least seven (7) receipts from different exhibitors, with a minimum RM2,000 deposit per receipt.
- Only Organizers and Exhibitors may register reward points into the MYSAPU App.
- All gifts, vouchers, and redemption items are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-cash redeemable.
- Redemption items and vouchers are subject to availability while stocks last. The Organizer may replace items with similar-value alternatives without prior notice.
- The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or issues arising from redeemed items or rewards.
- The Organizer reserves the right to reject invalid or suspicious claims and to amend the campaign terms or duration without prior notice.
