MyHome 1% Cashback in 999.9 Gold Campaign – Terms & Conditions

  1. The “MyHome 1% Cashback in 999.9 Gold Campaign” is valid only during the official event period at participating exhibitors of the MyHome event.
  2. Shoppers are entitled to redeem Gold Rewards based on the following deposit paid tiers:

    RM6,000 0.1g Digital Gold
    RM12,000 0.2g Digital Gold
    RM18,000 0.3g Digital Gold
    RM24,000 0.4g Digital Gold
    RM30,000 0.5g Digital or Physical Gold
  3. Minimum deposit paid per single receipt must be RM1,000 and above. Minimum two (2) receipts from two (2) different participating exhibitors/companies are required for EVERY Gold Redemption.
  4. Receipts accumulated throughout the 4-day event period may be combined for Gold Redemption purposes. All receipts submitted must be under the same purchaser’s name and/or verified contact details and uploaded via the MySapu App for verification.
  5. Only original receipts issued during the event period are accepted. Each receipt is valid for one-time Gold Redemption only and cannot be reused for multiple claims.
  6. Transactions must be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or approved payment methods only, and must be accompanied by valid supporting documents.
  7. For installment plans, subscription plans, or payment schemes, the eligible Gold Redemption amount shall be based on the first month installment and/or deposit amount paid only.
  8. Split transactions, split receipts, or multiple receipts generated from a single transaction may be rejected at the organizer’s discretion. Receipts from exhibitors or companies under the same ownership, management, or group may be treated as one (1) participating exhibitor/company.
  9. Gold Redemption is limited to one (1) redemption per person per event day, capped at a maximum of 0.5g gold reward per event.
  10. To receive the Digital Gold reward, participants must possess a valid and e-KYC verified Touch ’n Go eWallet account. The Organizer shall not be held liable for unsuccessful crediting due to account verification issues, technical issues, or account restrictions imposed by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd.
  11. Total campaign payout is capped at 100g gold per event. Gold Rewards are strictly limited and issued based on successful verification and campaign allocation availability. Fulfillment of Gold Redemption shall be based on the successful receipt submission and verification.
  12. Gold Rewards may be issued in digital and/or physical gold format, subject to the respective redemption tier and organizer’s arrangement. Gold Reward entitlement is based on the campaign structure determined by the organizer and not on live market gold value fluctuations.
  13. Purchaser must be present during Gold Redemption and present original NRIC/Identification Card and supporting documents for verification purposes.
  14. Incomplete, duplicated, altered, damaged, refunded, cancelled, disputed, reversed, or suspicious receipts/transactions will not be accepted and may result in disqualification or recovery of redeemed Gold Rewards. The organizer reserves the right to reject any transaction deemed fraudulent, suspicious, or intended to manipulate the campaign mechanics.
  15. The organizer reserves the right to request additional proof of purchase or supporting documents before approving any Gold Redemption and reserves the right to determine the final eligibility of all receipts and Gold Redemptions.
  16. All Gold Redemptions must be made within the official redemption hours during the event period. Late submissions will not be entertained.
  17. MyHome reserves the right to publish or display winners’ names and photographs taken during the “1% Cashback in 999.9 Gold Campaign” for advertising, publicity, promotional, and marketing purposes without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
  18. Participants redeeming Gold Rewards may be required to post, share, tag, review, or publish content related to their Gold Redemption experience on designated social media platforms and/or marketing channels for promotional and publicity purposes.
  19. Participants may also be required to participate in photography, videography, MYHOME Google Review submission, social media sharing, and promotional content creation during reward collection.
  20. The organizer reserves the right to amend, revise, suspend, or terminate the campaign and/or Terms & Conditions without prior notice. All decisions made by the organizer shall be final.
